Data deletion request
Ask us to delete the personal data PaySalaryLoan holds about you. You get a reference number as soon as you submit.
How it works
- Fill in the form with the mobile number and email you used to apply. You see a reference number at once, and we email it to you.
- We may call or email you to confirm the request comes from you, so nobody else can delete your data.
- We complete the request within 30 days and email you the result. The deletion also applies to the lender, Salora Capital Limited, and to the partners who processed your application.
What we must keep
If you have, or had, a loan, the lender must keep certain records for the period set by law, such as KYC records under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, the loan agreement and repayment history, and credit bureau reporting. These are kept securely, used for nothing else, and deleted when that period ends. A live loan must be repaid before its records can be closed.
